We’re excited to continue our work in Greenwood Landings, one of our featured community developments highlighted on the new site. As part of our ongoing growth there, we’ve recently secured two additional lots — Lot 45 and Lot 46 — giving more families the opportunity to call this community home.
We’re also introducing a new two-bedroom floor plan, coming soon, designed with open-concept living, efficient layouts, and thoughtful details that bring comfort and style together. Stay tuned for more information about this design and upcoming availability within the community.
Beyond Greenwood Landings, Wincore is expanding its presence in Oro-Medonte with two exciting custom home builds on the way.
